CECOD's Organisation consists of :

The Assembly

• consists of all members
• decides on all aspects of the CECOD activities

The Executive Board

• consists of 7 elected members, preferably all of different nationalities, leaded by a Chairman
• supervises the implementation of the resolutions of the Assembly and decides on the tasks to be carried out
• manages CECOD interests
• decides on the forming and the missions of the Technical Committee and the Study Groups

The Technical Committee

• consists of technical assistants named by every CECOD member
• is in charge of technical and legal survey
• is responsible for the Study Groups activities coordination

The Study Groups

• consist of technical assistants named by every CECOD member
• deal with specific technical subjects given by the Executive Board and reports to the EB in order to implement them in recommandations

The Secretary

• keeps accurate accounts and records of the activities of CECOD
• is in charge of distributing informations and documents for all members
